The Vision Behind InnovAlda
Meet Our Founder
Michael Adam founded InnovAlda with a vision to make advanced technologies accessible to communities in the Central Valley and beyond. Driven by a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to fostering growth through technology, he aims to empower individuals and organizations with tools that simplify complex systems and create meaningful impact.
His journey into engineering began in 2002 when he joined the first FIRST LEGO League team in the region, sparking a lifelong passion for technology. He continued his involvement with the FIRST Robotics Competition Team at Buchanan High School, which led to a full scholarship to Fresno State, where he graduated as Dean’s Medalist in Computer Engineering in 2013.
After high school, Michael was invited to lead Central Valley Robotics (CVR) as Executive Director, growing the FIRST LEGO League program from a handful of teams to over 100. He also pioneered innovative event models and new technological systems. In 2012, he began developing Lumieos, InnovAlda’s region management platform, using his software development expertise to enhance the experience for teams and volunteers in STEM programs.
In addition to his work with CVR and InnovAlda, Michael has worked as a consultant for a diverse range of clients, from school districts to convention websites and embedded systems. With over 20 years of experience in software development across multiple languages and platforms, Michael is also skilled in network management and internet solution deployment.
Today, Michael continues to leverage his broad technical expertise at InnovAlda, building accessible solutions that drive growth, streamline operations, and create lasting impact for organizations and individuals alike.
